We provide consultancy services on strata management to management corporations or Joint Management Body who do not have the services of a managing agent on retainer. Our ad-hoc services can include providing advice on strata laws for the management of the common areas, the duties and responsibilities of the Council in discharging their role, etc. Where necessary, our consultant will attend meetings with the Council to provide advice on issues relating to the Strata Management Act (757).
Our services include engaging professionals such as solicitors, accountants, architects or engineers (with the approval of the Management Council’s) on behalf of the MC or JMB
